THE BEGINNING

Vedant Bottlers Private Limited started operations with an aspiration of establishing itself as a trading house for the multifarious IMFL brands in the Indian & Overseas market. Our vast experience as liquor marketing and a dedicated sales force helped us develop a clear identity for ourselves in the Eastern Markets of India. We have started our own brands since 2015.

Our dedication, market presence and visibility in the market place earned us a number of accolades and helped us get the contract from M/s Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd as their marketing agent for Eastern India. With a 100+ strong sales force, a dedicated backend and logistics & marketing team, Vedant ensured Simbhaoli brands penetrated newer markets. With emphasis on distribution, width & depth, & market expansion, Simbhaoli brands become the cynosure in a number of markets with heightened market shares.

With changing time and the advent of government owned corporations in a number of states our strategy moved from being a distributor of brands to becoming the owner of brands, looking at both the Indian & the overseas segment.

EXPANSION…EXPORT STRATEGY

Keeping in mind the highly competitive and discerning Indian Market, we decided to explore the overseas market, while continuing our research for the ideal brands for the Indian Market.

After meticulous research, we manufactured two brands for the African market namely Jhony Royal, Password & Councillor Whisky as well as White spirits with the brand name Kraze. We have despatched the first lot of 8 containers to Angola, which has been well accepted.

With the successful launch in Africa, we are looking to start exports to other markets like Bangladesh & Sri Lanka and South Africa.

INDIAN MARKET STRATEGY

Product Strategy
We have developed brands in the Whisky ( Semi Premium & Mid category segment) , Vodka, Brandy & Rum categories

Brand Strategy
Our offers are to appeal to the Generation X and to the discerning audience with aspirations of consuming a high end spirit which is above their income grade

Distribution Strategy
A cautious “Trickle Penetration” approach to systematically launch brands statewise over a specific time period. A new state launch takes place after achieving the set objectives in the states already launched.

Promotional Strategy
Actively present, through surrogate advertising, on all social media platforms (FB, Twitter,Instagram, Whatsapp etc). A dynamic website will add to the brand visibility. Relevant P.O.S materials will be placed in markets from time to time

People Strategy
A management team with experience & vison backed up by efficient and effective backend logistics & marketing staff to help support & guide the sales team and other Feet On Street
